live to fight again

The last few weeks have been incredibly busy and so I have to be a little pragmatic about my choice of images to blip. Took this photo of a press cutting for use in York City's programme for their Good Friday fixture against Cheltenham Town. Haven't had a chance to get out and take another, so using this image means I 'live to fight again' by keeping my blip journal alive. 60 years (and four days) ago, Third Division York City took the mighty Newcastle United to a replay in the Semi-Final of the FA Cup and the story of the 'Happy Wanderers' exploits is still talked about today. Newcastle ultimately won the Cup that year beating Manchester City 3-1 with the legendary Jackie Milburn scoring their first goal in the first minute. So, a very worthy blip - if you happen to be a York City supporter.
