Marginal train

Today, my son and I took the dog for a walk while my daughter was at her swimming practice.  We were close to the river when we heard the train whistle.  "Run, Mom!"

I wasn't quite fast enough to catch that one, but another came later in the walk and I caught it before it completely crossed the river.

This photo isn't the best of today - I have a lovely wildflower - but it reminds me of our mad dash up the hill and the walk with my son.
