A couple of weeks ago I tried out a borrowed pair of SPDs at PedalHouse, and they were very effective. I now have my own pair, thanks to a very generous Bob J, so they are getting their first outing this morning. Next stop should really be to get SPD pedals on my mountain bike if I'm going to play with the big boys.
