Silhouette in the rain

It has been rain very heavily for the past 2 days.
Naturally there were local flash flooding about the city.
Easter holidays starting tomorrow also contributed to the much slower traffic speed on the highway.
According to the Bureau, it is going to be very very wet Easter.
