Sometimes you get caught up in being busy and forget to just stop and enjoy life. A lovely invitation from friends to join them on the beach for an early evening catchup.

Luckily my bike basket is just the right size for a bottle of cider, glasses and a picnic blanket. The perfect start to a long weekend.
