Family Tree

All of these senior projects that involve digging up old pictures has prompted my mom to go through all of our pictures, and trust me there are a lot.  I think my mom must have taken a picture of absolutely everything I did.  It is overwhelming after you look through them for a while because there are boxes upon boxes.  Our computer room is completely full of pictures.  There is barely any room to even walk on the floor.  On top of all of the pictures that my mom took, we have boxes of photo albums from my mammy and pappy’s house.  My favorite pictures to look through are the older ones from when my parents were my age and younger.  A lot of people say that when I was younger I looked like my mom, but now I look like my dad.  When I was younger I was really into genealogy and I spend days at my grandparents’ house going through pictures of my great-great grandparents.  My grandparents even let me take the pictures out of their album so that I could make a copy of it and start an album of my own.  I was so excited when the album was finally complete and I took it everywhere to show everybody.  I even got genealogy books and my grandparents gave me their books that documented our family lineage.
