First butterflies
The university term has finished and so the whole campus is much quieter. I took advantage of the peace and quiet and had a half hour stroll round the Harris gardens. Despite high winds there were lots of butterflies around. I saw a couple of fighting peacocks as well as this one, small tortoiseshells and a brimstone. So fantastic to see these insects back again. I also found a bee fly basking in the sun. I'm so looking forward to seeing the gardens in warm sunshine.
