More buds

I have stuck with my macros for another day, my energy levels are still low but I did have a better night so hopefully on the mend. I have stayed clear of my recurrent infections for nearly two week so with the cold on the wane maybe I will be back to rude health by easter. Fingers crossed.

No know this bud so feel free to advise.
