Who Lives in a house like this??????

Went for a walk with my sister this afternoon, we often go through Barry village down towards the beach and we pass this house each time. I have no idea who lives here but the house kinda scares me.  This is the scene at the bottom of his drive & he has skeletons in the bedroom windows........ wouldn't like to pass on a dark night !!!!!!!!!!!
