View from the window......

of the hotel we stayed in at  Strachur, near Inverary for three days.
The weather was poor;  but we still got out and about exploring the area as it is somewhere we haven't been before.   I love Scotland, the scenery is just so beautiful.    Today we travelled back in glorious weather deciding to take the Ferry from Dunoon to Gourock and go back and look at the house we lived in in Fairlie when himself was working at Hunterston Power Station forty year's ago.  They say you shouldn't go back and I think that's true as it all looked very run down, not as I remember it.  I've missed blipping!!
