time off begins here

book number twenty-one. i feel like this is finally the year that i am going to nail my fifty in a year challenge. i'm doing so well that i've decided, once a month, to throw in a book-that-i-really-should-have-read-but-haven't.

today was just as the start of a long weekend off work should be: pottering around, a mooch around the shops, reading and a bit of masterchef.

now time to get in a really good night's sleep before the weekend of sharing a room with a (delightful) three year old.
