Buns....

I decided to try making hot cross buns today. Thankfully I had nothing else planned.
I started making them around 11am. Had to bin the first batch as they didn't rise, so this is the second batch. They came out the oven at 6.30pm. FFS. I think I should tear up my application form for GBBO then!!!
