Still a bit of snow

We didn' t set off to go  to Ennerdale today but as we were driving along after our U3A meeting the view up the valley and the snow capped hills looked so beautiful we decided we would go there. Hubby was having a good day with the ankle so we managed a walk over Anglers Crag. It was so clear and warm I walked part of the way with my jacket and top in the rucksack. Was lovely to be down to just a T shirt, first time this year. 
The car park was packed, so don't think we will venture far over the Easter holidays. We will stay local until the tourists go home.
