Last of the daffs I think

We've had rubbish weather today, cloudy with a chilly wind. The window guy came back to fit the handles only to find Lapeyre had sent the wrong ones again, they don't fit the new windows. How can this happen twice? The windows are beautiful though, we just can't open them!
