Lighted Limes

We were enjoying drinks and live music at the beach with some complex friends who will soon be leaving when the sun dropped low enough to illuminate the limes that came with my beer. That would have been unremarkable in itself, but the setting sun also cast an amazing green shadow from the table decorations. I moved the plate all around the table trying to capture the best of the light. The composition came together on with the plate on the right side balancing the large green swath on the left.
