Into the woods.

To grandmother's house.

Well...maybe not.

After writing a short story based on Wolf Woods, I decided to go visit the wolves that inspired my words.

I was surprised to find that Momma, Piglet, and Miku were not frightening, and seemed miffed that I didn't bring them dinner.

This over the shoulder glance was brief and at a bit of a distance, but I was relieved.

The Wolf Woods observatory was closed, so I may have a different experience next visit.

"Stay on the Path," was posted everywhere, and after seeing "American Werewolf in London" over 25 times, I'll heed the warning.
