Ready to run

I go back to the hospital tomorrow for a check-up on my foot. I am hoping they will say I can start running again. In readiness I have bought a new pair of trainers from the running specialist in Overijse. He videos you running on a treadmill and looks to see where there are any potential problems. Then he makes adjustments to the shoes to suit your feet. What a great service!!
