The Fog

After a morning at home doing more Easter craft with the children, we headed out after lunch to Milford-on-Sea.

When we left home the sky was partially clear with patchy clouds, but as we headed east to Milford we were driving into fog.  When we reached out destination, Hurst Spit, Hurst Castle at the end of the spit was hidden by the fog.

Gradually the fog did seem to lift for a while.  The kids had great fun playing at the waters edge and throwing pebbles into the sea.  Our favourite free activity.
