Just had to go out in the rain to take this.......

Light was really flat, sky was gloomy and it was raining but I had wanted to get out and photograph one of the hyacinths using my macro lens. I love the beautiful deep purple colour, enhanced I think by the rain drops.  

I do enjoy this challenge and it has made me get to know my macro lens, which is great as I really like the results.
