Butte du Lion

I decided to check out the site of the Butte du Lion on my morning run to see the progress. In the middle of June thousands of people will be descending here to celebrate the 200 year anniversary of the Battle of Waterloo. On the other side of the mound to where I was standing to take this photo it's a complete building site and utter mess. I can't envisage it being ready on time.
