Will she, won't she?

Ever since I dropped my point and shoot and broke it, I've been pondering over whether to get it fixed, (probably at an exorbitant price,) get a new one, or use the stuff I've already got. 
I came to the thrifty conclusion that using what I've already got would be the wise choice.
This thing here has 6MP and a 1GB card, what else do I need for a pocket camera? And best of all, it still works.
