Destination Gatwick

Another holiday over. Heading back to the UK today after spending a week walking around the less touristy areas of Cyprus. We've been up the Troodos mountains in the snow and down on the Akamas Peninsula in the sun.

The joy or potential nightmare of travelling on these type of group holidays is that you never know who you'll spend the week with, this one was the usual mix of people from all backgrounds. That being said we sure had a blast, hiking is only part of the experience, this has been complimented by drinking and lots and lots of laughter.

Particular mention goes to a small group of us who seemed to revel in the same surreal sense of humour, continual banter and being generally boisterous.

As always I've come away with a stack of memories, seen some amazing places and even though we have walked miles a slightly expanded waist line.
