Chocolat

In mid May we're off to Paris for a long weekend with two friends. We were supposed to be having the organising 'who wants to go where' evening on Valentines day but flu and a variety of other commitments and calamities have delayed it until today.

With Gill's lactose intollerance she can only eat 85%+ chocolate .... so these cakes are going to taste very good indeed ;-)
