Croissants!

I've been trying out a new gadget. It's a fireclay plate on which you bake bread, pizzas, scones etc. I must say I am really impressed with it. Problem is as yet, the Italian producer does not have a distributor here. 

These croissants were made on Friday and left in the fridge overnight. It took about 2 hours until they were ready for baking after taking them out of the cold.
