Philip

Philip was the master of Shepherd's Pie - they were the best.

Today I made a large one in preparation for the arrival of the family. Whenever I cook I do what Philip did and make a little too much so that I can freeze a few for work day lunch or supper!

It tasted OK - but not as good as when Philip made them...
