Beach hut!!

A brief opening ceremony today marked by emptying, sweeping, mopping and throwing away. The sun came out while we had lunch. It was lovely and then it got very cold so we all came home.

I didn't stop at the house though. Jay and I put all the rest of the rubbish we have been stockpiling in the garden and went to the dump. And then a brief pop into Wickes.

When we got home it turned out I was mistaken about Clare leaving her house at four. Turns out she was getting here at four, Daisy was in the shower and she had to get past Will questioning her about her business through the window. Nice to know he listens to us about not answering the door.

If only it was just a tiny touch warmer!
