The Botanics.

A busy day what with delivering keys and generally running around. 

In the afternoon C1 and I went to the Botanics, the magnolias just beginning to reach their best, and the azaleas are showing their colours. 

I'm not even sure what this dried out venus-fly trap is, but these seem to be the remains of last years seed pods with new green shoots starting at ground level.
