Giving His All

The twins were on the ice at this morning and trained over two sessions back to back and were on the ice for two and a half hours. Fraser is a powerful skater and does not know the meaning of the word quit.  He is incisive, relentless and totally committed skating hard every shift.  Mimi in her net minding role is also totally committed but as well as her physical fatigue she is mentally drained as she cannot switch off, she watched the puck all the time even when it is in the opposing end of the ice.

We seem them here providing mutual support (without it I am sure Fraser would have been lying prone on the bench) as he was simply spent.  Home, shower, rest, and ready to do it all again.
