Hairline Fracture

It's hard taking a close up picture of a white MacBook with a pair of hairline cracks on the hinge.

I've been 'buggered' about by Apple for weeks now. It seems that depending on who answers the call at the Apple Call Centre, Apple will either fix or not fix my mac.

I was told to take it to my local 'authorised dealer' who would fix it. They refused it and told me to contact Apple again.

blah blah blah.

Apple now want me to send pictures in to them. It's a known fault but I'm 'slightly' out of warranty...
