The new baffle was working beautifully as we took a break from cooking the meal for Peg and her chum's on their way to an Easter break in Ghent and Bruges. The sun even came out after a bleak wet foggy day with a sharp northerly.
The slow cooked leg of lamb to a Moro recipe - La Caldera - from Spanish truckstop cafes with garlic, wine, sherry, shallotes, paprika and fennel seeds was a storming success and there are no leftovers. None.
Off tomorrow to my Mum's for more Easter in Oxford.
