The 'New' Avenida Diagonal

We just made it to the market this morning for our weekly fresh food shop, then met our friend Philippa (blipper miralgato) for a relaxed wander round Eixample and Gracia and lunch stop in Gracia. Another wander and another stop near her train stop so she could catch the train home at 8.30pm.

Bb and I then, like a couple of teenagers, shared one set of earplugs and tuned into the BBC programme 'The Voice' as Stevie McCrorie, singer and fireman from my home town Kirkcaldy, was through to the final. And he won!! Here's a link:

My blip is of Avenida Diagonal, which has just been remodeled to provide wider pavements and will be partly pedestrianized on Sundays with deck chairs and street performances.
