Portland from Lamberts Castle

It must be about 10  miles from Lamberts Castle to Portland and the view was so murky this morning that I could hardly see it with the naked eye but with hope more than anything else I pointed the camera in the general direction and tried a shot.  I had my 55 - 200 lens on, hand held, with matrix metering set at automatic and I was amazed yet again at the power of this combination to take this shot.
Off now to an Easter Sunday dinner at No1 daughters.  Happy Easter
