Easter Purpose

Couldn't resist this colourful cross of spring flowers outside Romsey's Methodist Church.
To me it encapsulated the entire spirit of Easter.
That was after an hour stalking the streets of the town, camera at the ready, seeking out a subject suitable for today's Polaroid Blip.
I vaguely knew what I was looking for - spring like, more daffodils or spring flowers, the possibility of flowing water, probably a combination of all these things. But then, in the most unlikely street thoroughfare - this cross symbolising the whole purpose of Easter, and constructed with small posies of spring flowers. I had driven past earlier and was conscious of the congregation outside the church but at that time had not appreciated why they were outside the church.
It just shows that you can find an interesting daily Blip photo in the least likely place and it always pays to have camera ready.
Happy Easter fellow Blippers.
