We've had a great Easter Sunday up in Kingussie!

After a longish lie-in and a nice, relaxed breakfast we drove the backroads up to Rothiemurchus and took a walk around Loch-an-Eileen in the best Spring weather we could ever have hoped for. A couple of detours along forest tracks (one of which was meant!) and we found a great spot for a picnic lunch at the side of another deserted lochan. Sannies with a dessert of chocolate bunnies and Easter eggs. Sweet!
I'm not sure which corrie this is by the way but it was looking pretty spectacular from the trail.

Back at D&G's now and just settling down to dinner. Retro prawn cocktails and pasta - It'll be great!
