Bealach Na Ba

Bealach Na Ba, the road to Applecross, was once mentioned to me as your best chance in the UK of seeing a sneaky ptarmigan from the car, without having to hike up a massive hill. No sign of the little blighters today, but did see a couple of Golden Eagles, and some frankly insane views. This was a very lucky sky on our way down the hill again.
