Hunterston View

Had a drive up the coast with Mrs F this afternoon as I wanted to go and visit Muirhead and Camphill Reservoir’s.  After a stop off we headed down into Largs with a stop at Haley Hill viewpoint.  First time there and the views across the Firth of Clyde were amazing.  We will definitly be back again.
 
This is the view down the coast towards Arran with the Hunterston Terminal in the foreground.  The ship at the jetty is the Orsola Bottigleri another of the Cape Class bulk carriers.
 
Too the centre left the white buildings are the Hunterston Nuclear power plant.  In the distance you can see a blanket of fog rolling in onto the Ayrshire coast.
