relaxing....?

lunch out with the parentals.....scrummie malteser cake and hot sun!
followed by last minute shopping for zambia...did i mention i was heading to zambia! lol

its been one of those days where i felt like i had loads of time to do stuff but time has jst run away with me. frustrating.
but....enjoyed a beautiful long cycle with my daddie this evening... and a nice cold coke half way round at a village pub, in a typically british little village, whilst sat on the grass.
got up to some great speeds and beautiful views but unfortunately forgot to take my camera with me to capture the moment! banana we must not make this mistake!

lesson for today: enjoy the moments you are with special people.
