After a morning of travel admin, Jos and I finally ventured to the beach, cervezhas and snacks in hand. Watched some very impressive and some not so impressive surfing, and made our way back to Casa Fresh just before dinner time. Within about half an hour it was obvious that Jos had gotten too much sun and was feeling a wee bitty ill as a result. She braved her way through a last meal out together and we took her stuff to her new hostel down the road. Then it was time to say goodbye for the next few weeks after a solid 2 months of spending everyday together. See ya in Ecuador jos!

Later on I headed to the Cruz del Sur station for my 18 hour bus to Guayaquil and managed to bag two seats to myself for the whole journey.
