A very Happy Easter!

We had an absolutely lovely Easter Sunday. Us 4 and The Conlons all had an amazing lunch at Friends in Pinner. Probably the first PROPER restaurant I've ever eaten at. It is owned by a Michelin Star Chef and it was delicious.

On this occasion there was a set menu. So I chose Mackrell fillet on a bed of beetroot and salad to start. Roast beef and vegetables for main. And a hotcross bun, bread and butter pudding topped with vanilla ice cream for dessert.

It was nice us all being there together, especially at such a nice place. I would like to visit again when I can try the A La Carte menu.
