Easter Monday Dinner

Last day of the long Easter Holiday today - back to work tomorrow :-(

A nice day though.
This morning I went to the gym and tried a new class. Really liked it, however as it is a Monday Morning class I wont be getting to many of them.

This afternoon we had my parents round for dinner, so had our 'traditional Sunday dinner' today instead.
Lamb, Yorkshire Puddings, Roast Potatoes and vegetables. Yum Yum.

Always good to see my parents.
Make time for your parents whenever you can - they wont be around forever.
