QUERY

Is it a blue building or a white elephant ?   Both --- part of a Business Park built on the edge of our town to attract service industries such as busy call centres, administrative units and so forth. Unoccupied and  so far profit derived must have gone to the Construction Firm.
Ah Well -- I'm only in it for the blip and  perhaps  a hint to posterity about  how we live in 2015.
It's a fire Spring day though and an attractive beech hedge !
