Cyprus Trees

Returning home via Lago di Como, we looked forward to a pleasant stoll along the shores of the lake in warm sunshine. Alas, although the skies were clear and the sun was shining, a sharp north wind made the stroll uncomfatable but these cyprus trees standing tall above this ancient villa had no doubt experienced worse conditions.
