Storm clouds looming en route to Phnom Penh

Most of the day was spent travelling today, first by tuk tuk then over 6 hours on the bus to Phnom Penh.  We took the big bus this time and, although it takes longer, its not a bad journey and Andy's doesn't feel like his life is in the driver's hands.

There are storm clouds looming and, sure enough, just as we are thinking of heading out to dinner in Phnom Penh there is a huge storm. We watch for a while from our hotel then eventually the rain lessons so we don our rain macs and head out.  There is a couple at the hotel ordering take-away pizza which is tempting but we need to go out to the ATM anyway. The rain stops but we are still wading in water way past our ankles but we get money and find a busy Chinese restaurant not far from our hotel.  Its takes a while and isn't our most successful dinner but we eat and head back to the hotel ... the rain has stopped completely and the roads are clear again.  

We have a couple of beers and watch some rubbish TV before bed.
