Easter Egg Hunt

A very self indulgent blip today, but a record of a precious moment in time. We had an egg hunt in the glorious sun for my son and other friends which turned into an impromptu party - the best kind.

The other truth is that one of these children in the pic, (the boy furthest left in this pic as you look) my son has a massive and dangerous heart condition (half a heart). It will eventually result in a very difficult (in his case) heart transplant if he is lucky! But today after the egg hunt and the dividing of the spoils in the pic, he ran and ran in the sun with the other children and nobody would have known the difference.

I drove them round and round in a trailer attached to the garden tractor in the field, a football was kicked around, the climbing frame was well used and the adults relaxed in the sun. A lovely day, hence the blip!
