Craigievar

I am not sure if I was just unlucky, but when I was near Alford today I seemed to have misplaced the sun. It was shining in Aberdeen in the mid morning, and again in the evening. I must have been in the area where the cloud passed over.

Craigievar was looking very pink today. So much so that in processing I have toned it down a bit.. So pink may be understated here. I am a few days too early to have managed a foreground of daffodils, only a couple have made it out too have appeared here.

The castle is open for tours again today, but I did not take advantage having been around Craigievar a couple of times in the past.

Despite the cloud it was not cold, though neither was it a day for taking off a reasonably warm jacket.
