Assimilating

So, after teaching Thai people in Sydney and hearing how great Papaya salad is, a year later and in Vietnam I eventually try it. It's awesome, I love it and now I keep making it at home in Cambodia.

Sooooo cheap too :)

If I can't acclimatise to the weather in this part of the world, at least I can enjoy the cuisines!
