Tartan no longer
Another glorious day.
During my first visit to the hospital for an ultrasound scan, they found lots of nodules on the thyroids and something amiss with one of the parathyroid glands. I had further scans this afternoon but will have to wait for results and a decision on possible surgery to remove the rogue gland. Thanks for all your kind thoughts. It's not a major issue but may be the reason I am losing so much calcium from my bones and it may now be possible to reverse the problem.
In between visits I sat in the garden with a cup of tea and then had a quick walk up the road to see if the oil seed rape had made an appearance in what I now refer to as the tartan field link . (I don't think the link works.) The yellow is just breaking though and I think there will be plenty of photographs over the next few weeks.
