A beautiful trip to Montreux to visit Freddie Mercury!

Philip and I had our first trip here about a year ago and we were taken with the beauty of this place - almost a Swiss 'French Riviera' feel, especially in the sunshine! And the drive, flanked on one side by Lac Leman and vineyards on the other, is certainly no chore!

The Queen Experience is very interesting and the Neve mixing desk is a true replica of the original which has been adapted to allow visitors to remix a selection of classic Queen tracks. My brother enjoyed experimenting with this! Whatever feelings one had about Freddie his determination to give as much to the music world in the last months of his life is humbling!
