Ladybird....

I was taking some pictures of the Forsythia in the garden. While posting this I was just remembering that Forsythia was named after an ancestor of Sir Bruce Forsyth who collected plants from around the world. I found out about this on one of those 'Who Do You Think You Are?' programmes where celebrities get to look into their distant pasts. The bright yellow shrub that adorns our gardens at this time of the year was named after him. The ancestor not Sir Bruce. Just as I was thinking about it, up popped Sir Bruce on 'The One Show.'

I spotted this two spot Ladybird. I only had my iPhone with me and I was surprised how clear the little creature came out.
