Tantrums and Tiarias

This pretty much sums up what I think about the Jubilee, the Olympics and the forthcoming summer of gloom that will soon descend on London.

The kid's school had a Jubilee Street Party, and the stirring monarchy loving music nearly had me coming out in hives, though was much better than the lame 'garage'/r'n'b that they had blasting out afterwards.

Bless the kid though, she was boiling and suffering for her 'art', though on the the plus side she won 'Best Dressed' in her class (too blooming right!) and was the proud recipient of a lovely commemorative mug...what every good anti-monarchy household needs.
